Listened to the RZIM day conference on Doubt on the train last week. Some excellent and thoughtful stuff. Prof John Lennox, Michael Ramsden, Amy Orr-Ewing and Tanya Walker teaching on Doubt
One of my team highlighted the relevance of the subject to me last week again.
Can we be sure? What are we to think? What can we do with our questions?

  1. ive made it my aim to take at least 5 students every year, really hoping there wont be a clash with relay 2 next year, as each year students are palpably changed by it - real confidence - heart and mind. I think this was the best one there's been in years. This week I've spoken with a handful of 'well taught' students who it seems are unsure of God as a person, the moral character of the fellowship in whom there is no darkness at all, and it's crippled their confidence in evangelism, prayer, church...Reminded me quite how valuable material like this is, but also that the zactrust are still surprisingly unheard of in many church circles.

  2. Wrong location for most of the SW so I'm glad of the mp3s, but anyone within reach I'd say these are a must.

How is it that there are so many "well taught" who are unsure of who God is?
